A 30 minute talk prior to starting to set you up for success.

An online group strength class taught by a specialist running physio (me!!) once per week.

A program template to allow you complete one session per week independently.

A 30 minute talk following the 6 weeks to discuss how you can continue to see progress to improve your strength and performance.
