You should have received an e-mail to download the App called Team Buildr. This will include your login details (save the e-mail so you don’t loose these details). Your strength program will be delivered through this App.

Before you get started, I have created a private Facebook group for all founding members. I have a welcome video for you to watch to ensure you get the most out of the program.
I will also be answering any specific questions on the group once per week. Along with this, I will
be sharing other useful information to help you on your running journey!
